While the "I Grandi Classici" is the itinerary linked to the Calandre’s “historic” dishes, "In.gredienti", inspired by the book of the same name is a “journey” to discover the essence of the matter through ingredients and seasonal dishes. Besides them, the "Estrazioni" is an itinerary designed for those who wish to slowly approach the cuisine of the "Le Calandre."
