Pasta for a friend.

This product is the result of two special encounters: that of two select semolina flours and the other of close friends, all at the top of their game. The Alajmo brothers, Italian restaurateurs "fell in love", in the gastronomic sense, with Gaetano Verrigni, noble artisan of quality pasta. Since I'm fond of them both, I had the good intuition to introduce them. The friendship became an ingredient and the final result is this pasta. On a nutritional note, the pasta has the capability to promote an efficient state of physical and mental health, a cocktail of fullness and good humor.
