Each year, immediately after the harvest, our olive oil producer sends us the precious nectar of his cultivars (Giarraffa, Biancolilla, Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola) grown, selected and harvested by hand in Sicily in the province of Trapani. After a careful taste of each variety, Massimiliano and Raffaele create two blends, one delicate and one intense, to be used at Le Calandre.
