The snacks are hand-made in our kitchen laboratory at "Le Calandre". The three varieties each have thei own distinct flavor: the original "bagigi dell'oste" are slightly spicy; the "almonds with smoked paprika" have a delicate touch of smokiness; and the "mediterranei" are savory biscuits flavored with tomato, parmigiano reggiano and oregano, for a tasy, "sunny" aperitivo.
